"Music We Heard Along The Way" by Eric C. Gray is a wonderful collection of memories that reminds us how much music impacts our lives. What I enjoyed most was how every story was unique. Some funny, some emotional while all of them show how powerful music affects our lives. This book is an entertaining & heartfelt read. I highly recommend it.
The books are an amazing, touching collection of how music touches lives and the lifelong impact music has on everyone. Love these books!
Just as his first books on stories about baseball were wonderful reads, "Music We Heard Along the Way" continues the enjoyment one derives from reading these stories which are meaningful and entertaining. I was fortunate to hear Eric read a number of them on his book tour.
I just started digging into the first book, and so far, it's great. Lots of great writing and some interesting stories.

Okay, I may be biased because I have two entries in this book, but I find the whole project tp be extremely creative and interesting. Eric Gray has done an outstanding job collecting, editing and organizing a mountain of stories. The entries cover many eras and genres of music.
Very interesting to see how so many of us of a certain age share the same experiences in music. I couldn't put the book down.
